Service Provision
By engaging Ultimate Security Group, you agree to the following service terms:
- All security services are provided by licensed professionals
- Services are delivered in accordance with New Zealand security industry standards
- Equipment installation includes comprehensive setup and testing
- Ongoing support and maintenance as per service agreement
- Emergency response subject to availability and service level agreement
Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate property information and access requirements
- Maintain security system access codes confidentially
- Report system issues or security concerns promptly
- Ensure payment terms are met as per agreement
- Comply with all legal requirements related to security systems
Payment Terms
Installation Services
- 50% deposit required before installation
- Balance due upon completion
- Payment methods: Bank transfer, credit card
- 30-day payment terms for approved accounts
Ongoing Services
- Monthly monitoring fees in advance
- Guard services billed monthly
- Late payment fees may apply
- Service suspension for non-payment
Warranties & Limitations

- • 2-year warranty on all installed equipment
- • Manufacturer warranties up to 5 years
- • Free repair or replacement for defects
- • Excludes damage from misuse or external factors

- • Security systems are deterrents, not absolute protection

- • Liability limited to service fees paid in 12-month period
- • Force majeure events may affect service delivery
Termination & Cancellation
Service Termination
By Client
- 30 days written notice required for ongoing services
- Equipment removal available for additional fee
- Final billing statement provided within 14 days
By Ultimate Security Group
- 30 days notice for non-payment or breach of terms
- Immediate termination for serious breaches
- Reasonable notice for business closure
